What we cover:

Week 1 - Aroma Freedom Basics and Building Confidence:
Learn how to use The Aroma Freedom Technique on yourself to identify and clear out the negative thoughts, feelings, and memories that are blocking your progress in reaching your most heartfelt goals. Clear out any doubts you may have that you can be successful with this technique. Get step-by-step instructions and tips for navigating any obstacles that come up.

Week 2 - How did it go? Troubleshooting sessions:
After trying the technique at home, the class came back to discuss how it went and some common problems or obstacles that participants ran into. Dr. Perkus provided additional tips will to that address the concerns students had.

Week 3 - Beyond the Basics - Advanced Strategies for Sessions:
After having more time to practice at home, the class came back to learn some advanced strategies for creating amazing results with self-sessions. You will also be introduced to some of the other Aroma Freedom techniques that Dr. Perkus has created.
Each session was conducted live via zoom with Dr. Perkus. During each class we discussed the technique and I showed you how to use it on yourself for powerful and effective clearings.

We recommend doing session one, then practicing for a week, then do session two, practice, and come back for session three. But, you can go at your own pace if desired.
